Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation evolved from a young cancer patient's front yard lemonade stand to a nationwide fundraising movement to find a cure for childhood cancer. Saladworks donated all proceeds from the October, 2008 opening of its 100th location in Mount Laurel, NJ to the foundation. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
St. Jude is a pediatric treatment and research facility in which research and patient care take place under one roof. In 2007, Saladworks donated over $40,000 to the hospital through a Halloween pinup program in which stores sold paper pumpkins to customers that were used to decorate the stores. |

Laurel House
Laurel House is dedicated to the vision of ending domestic violence in each life, home, and community. The mission of Laurel House is to provide safe haven for abused women and their children in Pennsylvania, to raise public awareness about domestic violence and to advocate for social change against domestic violence. Saladworks donated holiday toys to over 60 underprivileged children living at the home that likely would have received few gifts. The company also adopted three families living at the home purchasing clothes, blankets, toiletries and various necessities. Utley All-Star Animals Saladworks is a proud corporate sponsor of Utley All-Star Animals, a yearly fundraiser that benefits the Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Established by Philadelphia Phillies second baseman, Chase Utley and his wife, Jennifer, Utley All-Star Animals brings awareness to animal cruelty and educates the community about the proper treatment of animals.
