Saladworks to enter Calif. market
Saladworks Inc., the Conshohocken franchise restaurant company, said it would open eight restaurants in Orange County, Calif. The agreement, which is with one developer, will give Saladworks its first California locations. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The privately held firm, which sells soups and salads, has 100 franchise sites in 11 states and 60 in development. - Jane M. Von Bergen
