Saladworks, the Conshohocken franchise restaurant company, said it will open eight restaurants in Orange County, Calif.
The agreement, which is with one developer, will give Saladworks its first California locations.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The privately held company, which sells soups and salads, now has 100 franchise locations in 11 states and 60 units in development. - Jane M. Von Bergen
