Saladworks to open at West Town Mall 2010-09-13

Saladworks, a fresh-tossed salad franchise concept, will make its Knoxville debut at West Town Mall next month.
The location, the first of three planned for Knox County, will open Oct. 18 between Cajun Cafe and Petro's in the mall's food court.
The restaurant sells made-to-order entrée salads, wraps, soups and sandwiches.
The local franchise is owned by husband and wife team Kevin and Alana Marsh, who are marking their first foray into the restaurant business.
"We selected Saladworks because it is both profitable and sustainable. Saladworks is a great business opportunity that lets us bring jobs, develop our community and ultimately provide a place where consumers can go for a fresh, healthy meal," Kevin Marsh said in a press release.
