Salad franchise to enter Knoxville market 2010-04-19

Husband and wife team Kevin and Alana Marsh have signed on to bring a new salad franchise to the area.

 

Saladworks, a fresh-tossed salad franchise concept, will enter the market next year, Spokeswoman Erin Salvatore said.

The couple have contracted for three locations, with the first one aimed for March 2011.

Saladworks executives were in Knox County last week and Salvatore said the company is looking to finalize locations soon.
