How can I get a Fresh Fan Club card?

Visit a Saladworks location to pick one up. Then, come back to www.saladworks.com/fresh_fan_club/ and register your card to get 200 extra points.

How do I register my Fresh Fan Club card?

You can register your card by going onto www.saladworks.com/fresh_fan_club/ and clicking on the Fresh Fan Club icon located at the top of the home page.

How do I check my Fresh Fan Club points?

Your points can be checked after you login to your Fresh Fan Club account. But, the cashier can also check your points at the register.

I forgot my card, but have my receipt. Can I add points online?

Unfortunately, missed points can no longer be added. However, we also wanted to inform you, our valued guest, that we have upgraded our Fresh Fan Club system, which will make the process much easier and more convenient when visiting a Saladworks location. Next time you are visiting a Saladworks location, you can either provide your Fresh Fan Club card, or a team member can add points with just your phone number. In order for points to be added to your Fresh Fan Club using the phone number option, please make sure you have entered a valid phone number into your account.

How do I add my phone number or update my Fresh Fan Club account?

Go to www.saladworks.com/fresh_fan_club/

Click on the Fresh Fan Club icon, located at the top of the home page

Sign-in to your Fresh Fan Club account

Click on the "edit information," located at the bottom right hand corner

Type in your phone number and/or make any other additional changes or updates to your account

Click on "update your account"

You will now be brought back to the Welcome screen for the Fresh Fan Club

How do I redeem my Fresh Fan Club points?

Simply go to a participating Saladworks store, give the cashier your Fresh Fan Club card, and place your order. The cashier will check to see if you can redeem your points and ask if you would like to use them or keep accumulating.

What if I lose my Fresh Fan Club card?

You can obtain a new Fresh Fan Club card at a participating Saladworks and call the Fresh Fan Club support center at 855-325-9015 to have your points transferred.

Does my Fresh Fan Club card work at all Saladworks locations?

Yes, your Fresh Fan Club is honored at all Saladworks locations.

I still have punches left on my punch card, can I use that?

Unfortunately, punch cards are no longer accepted.

Can I merge two Fresh Fan Club cards?

Of course, call the Fresh Fan Club support center at 855-325-9015 to have the points from one card added to the other.

Do I have to register my Fresh Fan Club card on the Saladworks website to get my points?

No. Your Fresh Fan Club card will still accumulate points on purchases; however, you will not receive the 200 point registration bonus or the 800 birthday points. You also will not be able to check your point balance online.

Will I receive emails from Saladworks after entering my address to sign up?

Your email will be added to our Fresh List. About once a month, you will receive exclusive promotions, healthy tips and information on what's happening at Saladworks. But, you can opt out at any time!

Will my name be put on a mailing list for other organizations?

Absolutely not. Saladworks will never give out or sell your information to any other person, company or entity.
